I was absolutely impressed by this hotel! The rooms were spacious, the facilities were top-notch, and every single employee was not only polite but also incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Isaid from the gym, Maria from the entertainment team, and Juan from the poolside bar. However, I did feel like I overpaid for the services provided, and unfortunately, the hot tub in our room wasn't working throughout our stay.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 queen beds, but there was an issue with condensation. The service was incredible, with everyone being so friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic being right on the beach. The dining was great, especially at the World Cafe. However, there were some minor issues with the facilities.
